Abstract:

One of the main functions of the company, is the correct management of the funds in order to get a financial stability. The proposal presented is based on the application of the NOF-FM model. The objective is to facilitate the diagnostic, handling and decision-making at the same time as to improve the system of recovery and to collect the credit and overdue portfolio.
