Gestión de la Responsabilidad Social en las pymes del Ecuador, año 2017. Caso de estudio empresa Placacentro Masisa Machala


Abstract:

The corporative social responsibility(CSR), constituted as a world tendency when it talks about generating businesses; the world´s organizations dedicate their job to create their politics, objectives and strategies using management models that have to be volunteers character; with the purpose of contribute to the development and improvement of population’s living quality. The current investigation is focused on the diagnostic importance of Social Responsibilities over the enterprise Placacentro Masisa; based on management analysis, as well as related with corporative government aspects, intern public, environment, providers, clients, community. From which, after non stablished acquiescence, are planned strategic objectives, it is developed a management model that has proximity with economic activity of the enterprise and adhere practices socially responsible.
