Gestión del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el nivel de educación básica de la Unidad Educativa Vicente Anda Aguirre, del cantón Pedro Vicente Maldonado, provincia de Pichincha, año lectivo 2017-2018

Abstract:

A number of research works, conclude that one of the main elements that define a quality education is the good teaching performance in the development of their educational work, for that reason the UTPL, carries out the research topic: management of the teaching process learning at the basic, elementary and secondary education level of the Vicente Anda Aguirre Educational Unit, of Pedro Vicente Maldonado, Pichincha Province, in the school year 2017 - 2018, in order to evaluate the performance of the teachers of this institution , in the field of management of the teaching-learning process, within the current curricular framework. Within this research, a sample of six teachers from the basic elementary and middle section was taken; and, through descriptive, deductive, inductive, statistical and hermeneutical methods; together with bibliographical and field research techniques; they allowed to identify the shortcomings in the management of the teaching-learning process, that the professionals of this institution had to improve, within their teaching work; to achieve quality standards, which pursues the application of the new educational curriculum and provide a quality education and warmth
