Gestión del programa de internado integral de enfermería de la Universidad de Cuenca, en la Comunidad Azuaya, 2009-2010


Abstract:

The formation of human resources of infirmary is a responsibility that in our country has been assumed by the Universities, like a permanent social commitment to reach better standards of life and health after all the Ecuadorian population; for it Program of Integral Boarding school of Infirmary is told with the, whose validity has been recognized. The present study has as an aim to evaluate the Management of the Program of Integral Boarding school of Infirmary of the University of Cuenca in the Community Azuaya 2009-2010; determining the diverse activities of Promotion, Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation in the areas hospitable and communitarian of the Azuay; it identifies the opinions of the health personnel and communitarian leaders of internate the operative units where they had participation of infirmary. Of this form the importance of the Program of Integral Boarding school of Infirmary for the services of health and the community stands out. The investigation method is quantitative; the techniques are the interview and observation; the sample includes the universe considered in 46 registries of information, 119 opinions of professionals and workers of the health of the operative units of the Azuay, more 25 opinions of communitarian leaders. According to results obtained in our study, the internate of Infirmary of the University of Cuenca realize and fulfill the activities of the Program of Integral Boarding school of Infirmary such as Promotion 80%, Prevention 83%, Treatment 60% and Rehabilitation 50%. The opinions of professionals of the health and communitarian leaders very superlatively emphasize the importance of the Program of Integral Boarding school of Infirmary for the Services of health in 91%; and of it was worth for the population 90%.
