Gestión educativa y desarrollo académico de los estudiantes con capacidades diferentes en la Unidad Educativa Monseñor Néstor Astudillo Bustamente


Abstract:

The present work it considers the importance of which the educational center Monsignor Néstor Astudillo is orientated not only in the education - learning as the central aspect of his duty being, but also towards the socialization of his students, attending to his emotional well-being and creating a school favorable climate. We are you consent of that such a change would need of a program of training in educational incorporation and a much more extensive and deep practice. We cannot change the perception of all the persons of the environment, but we are responsible for our own perceptions: of identifying them, of analyzing them of confirming them with the reality, of changing them or of supporting them nevertheless, this project is orientated to arouse in the teachers to the reflection and the putting in practice some actions which will offer the knowledge necessary to be able to develop his activities in classrooms, in a correct way and with the suitable means, generating this way the development of a qualit education in spite of his limitations. To gather the information one proceeded to apply surveys that they allowed to know in what measure the educational management they affect in the academic development of the students with different capacities. With this information one checked that the pupils need to handle skills that it help to optimize his aptitude to be valued. The following project has as purpose provide a training to the teachers in incorporation, which beneficiaries will be the students of the school and for ende the community. Wishing that this project uses as light for the present and future generations who wish the well-being of the students without any distinction. Education for all.
