Gestión en el área de tributación en el proceso de formación académica de la comunidad educativa del bachillerato del Colegio Fiscal "Santa Rosa" del cantón Salinas, de la provincia de Santa Elena, periodo 2012


Abstract:

I project the present you aim at selling off the design of an alternative Manual for teachers, where the importance that has the tributary knowledge and your application within the Demanding Regimen Simplified of Ecuador will be analyzed (RISE). As from experiences where they detect fallacies, it has been determined that in the main the teachers do not raise what's relevant that you are to know on taxation referring to the RISE and the cost-reducing impact that the execution generates to the Country's consciousness to the pupils of the same, that also has influence upon the teachers' professional development. Consequently the dedication at the classroom proves to be important and necessary and the work that the teacher accomplishes at classrooms, and that it should take place on the basis of solid knowledge and skillful actions theoretic – pilot. The implantation of the RISE in intervening Ecuador the Tributary approval of Equidad's Law originates for the sake of regularizing the informal market and avoiding the tall levels of tributary evasion that show up due to the growth that you have maintained in the latter periods this sector in the economy that carries the labor market, disloyal competition for the reliable companies and distortions and for there the commercialization of products of illicit origin. By means of this Proyecto's realization, that the educational community of the pre-university studies at the Fiscal High School have St. Rose attempts itself knowing oneself about the problems, so that you refer to the tributary administration. The design of an alternative manual for teachers and in the formative aspect is essential from the pedagogic point of view it is going to enable to sell off a list of causes which you exist for the problem and the consequences that are generated in this area with students' sector. Also alternatives that will help to surpass the problems if these are clear exist and applicable. The good handling and benefit that you give yourself to this tool, will improve substantially the process of academic formation of the student body of the high school St. Rose in the countable area.
