Gestión pedagógica en el aula: Clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de educación básica
Abstract:
The present investigation work allows to know the educational reality of the social Climate of the classroom, from the perception of students and the Seventh year-old professors, of the educational centers "José Reyes" and "Dr. Ricardo of the Iron"; of San Gabriel's city and parish Santa Bárbara, cantons Montufar and Sucumbíos, counties Carchi and Sucumbíos. The investigation was carried out with the purpose of detecting the falencias of the climate social scholar to propose alternative of solution to the list of acting of two elements educational students and educational. To gather the information the field investigation, technique of the observation with the instrument of the survey it was applied. The methods that were used were the inductive one - deductive, analytic - synthetic in the prosecution of the information. Of the obtained results it was determined weaknesses that are evidenced in the conclusions, recommendations and the intervention proposal. I invite to read the proposal of educational improvement based on the application of the technologies of the information and communication in the process of teaching learning with the scientific information, application processes, chronogram and budgets.
