Gestión pedagógica en el aula: “Clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de EGB”. Estudio realizado en los centros educativos: Unidad Educativa “La Inmaculada” y Escuela “Félix Alvarado” de la ciudad de Bahía de Caráquez, provincia de Manabí, en el año lectivo 1011-2012

Abstract:

This investigation contains a work about “The Educational Management in Class, a social environment at schools, this is analyzed by an investigator, teachers and students of 7Th Basic Education level in La Inmaculada and Felix Alvarado Schools; all of this, in order to know about Educational Management and Educational Social Environment into the classroom, as a measure elements and environment description, where this educative process is developed. This process was developed in Sucre and Tosagua cities, Manabí, with two teachers and thirty three students. It was a descriptive investigation; It was used: statistical, deductive, analytic and summarized methods, reading technical, observations and surveys. It was applied questionnaires which was designed by Moos y E. J. Trickett, through surveys to teachers and students, observation records. This information was ordered to analyze the final results. The class environment is an essential factor to develop learning. I recommend to read this proposal: “To carry out workshops” about the values” to improve the class environment” This recommendation could be applicable in all the Educational institutions
