Gestión pedagógica en el aula: “Clima social escolar, desde la percepción de estudiantes y profesores del séptimo año de educación básica de los centros educativos Fray Gaspar de Carvajal y Aurelio Aguilar Vásquez, de la ciudad de Cuenca provincia del Azuay, en el año lectivo 2011-2012”. .
Abstract:
This descriptive research work was aimed to meet the educational management and social climate of the classroom and measuring elements and description of the environment in which the educational process of students in the seventh year of basic general education develops in schools Aurelio Aguilar Vasquez urban sector and Fray Gaspar de Carvajal the rural sector in 2011-2012. The sample that was working was 63 students, 33 of the 30 urban areas and the rural sector. The instruments were applied to teachers and students, were the questionnaire CES Moos and Trickett Ecuadorian adaptation, observation sheet management of teaching and learning assessment questionnaire to teacher learning management of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador. The results allowed us to see that the two institutions investigated the classroom atmosphere is unsatisfactory finding discrepancies in perceptions between the student and the teacher. Furthermore it was evident that there are shortcomings in the application of group techniques and motivation in educational management.
