The present project of thesis this distributed in three chapters that have been clearly signal so that an appropriate identification of them, for this reason has arranged under consideration that the development of an administration model based on the processes for the units of production of guinea pigs of the neighborhood Anchiliví , Santa Ana area search in a main way to contribute to the identification and improvement of their processes and this way to contribute to the development of the profitability generated by the cavícola activity for the small guinea pigs producers….
