Análisis Narratológico del libro “Cuentos de la Selva” de Horacio Quiroga


Abstract:

"Jungle Tales" by Uruguayan writer Horacio Quiroga, was published in 1918 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The jungle is the setting, with its mysteries, danger, hostility and beauty, facing the man, who in some cases is an ally and most do not. Here, Quiroga, gives life to his characters, heroes and human characteristics, resource use Quiroga, to recreate the love of nature, animals and children, because these stories were made for their children. Chapter I contains the rationale, objectives, general and specific, history of narratology, and the life and work of Horacio Quiroga. Chapter II deals with what many authors have written about the basics of narratology. Chapter III research methodologically designed with an imaginary interview with Horacio Quiroga and his most significant aspects Decalogue good storyteller. In Chapter IV the narratological analysis of the stories that make up the book "Tales of the Jungle" is made In Chapter V, Conclusions and Recommendations.
