Guía de actividad física lúdica-recreativa para niños de 5 a 13 años durante el confinamiento


Abstract:

The present research synthesis aims to develop a leisure-recreational didactic guide through a bibliographic review of the recommended protocols to follow for children between ages 5 and 13 during confinement. It is important to take into consideration child's motivation towards physical exercise, thus leisure-recreational activities play a crucial role in a state of social isolation because they appeal to the infant's interest. This is a strategy to prevent child becomes a sedentary person, at the same time that children acquire the benefits that physical activity has in the emotional state, preventing the negative effects of confinement on health so its practice is fundamental for the infant development. In order to have a proper development of the conditional and coordinative physical capacities, it is essential to comply with the recommendations given from the point of view of different authors. Thus, various bibliographic sources were consulted. This research synthesis contains a total of 75 leisure-recreational activities that accomplish with the general and specific objectives on which the presentation of this research is based. Each of these activities are related to the sensitive phases of each physical capacity, both conditional and coordinative, and their respective development according to the age range of the children. It is essential to put a special emphasis that these leisure-recreational activities were raised taking into account different factors such as the space, material, and protocol that must be followed in order to be carried out in their respective homes.
