HERMENEUTICS LOOKING TO NURSING EVERYDAY HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS


Abstract:

Objective: Offer Model Talent Nursing in Public Hospitals Barquisimeto. Methods: This is a qualitative approach. The method of approach is research-Action. Results: The results show an unhappy and unmotivated staff, which directly affects the productivity of healthcare organizations in the region, making it difficult for the satisfactory fulfillment of the objectives of the organization and user satisfaction. Conclusions: We conclude that a model provides clear, accurate and above all scientific and theoretical guidelines that help guide their behavior for talent management and get to make this staff can be motivated and interested in doing their work with satisfaction
