Abstract:

Within the learning processes of relevance and impact that respond to social demands is the process postgraduate. In order to assess the quality of that process a group of indicators are set. Obtaining these indicators is done manually Universidad de Oriente. So a data store for calculating them is built, making obtaining reports and allowing to perform historical analysis of a large body of stored information, enabling timely decision making.
