Hope and its effect on the entrepreneurial intention of Guayaquil residents in the food sector


Abstract:

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of hope on entrepreneurial intention. The study was carried out with a sample of 377 people from Guayaquil. A model of structural equations established the relationships between the variables and found a significant relationship between both variables. While hope positively affects entrepreneurial intention, it influences moderately. Through the knowledge of relationships proposed in this study, public policies that encourage the creation of entrepreneurships.
