IMPLEMENTATION OF A SYSTEM IN THE CLOUD FOR THE CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF CLINICAL PROCESS. CASE VETERINARY PETS

Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a computer system that allows controlling and manage administrative clinical processes that are performed in the Veterinary Pets, through the use of web tools as ZK Framework, Apache Tomcat y MySQL server. Field research was applied and bibliography as part of the analysis phase using survey techniques and interviews that were directed to those involved in the administrative processes of the clinic; and to experts in software design and development, with the intention of validating the functional requirements, non-functional, accessibility and usability criteria defined for the project.
