Análisis comparativo de un modelo de gestión de talento humano entre los GADS Municipales de Gualaceo y Paute, y propuesta de un modelo de gestión de talento humano basado en competencias para el GAD Municipal de Gualaceo
Abstract:
The certification work, a model of administration of human talent proposes based on competitions for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Town of Gualaceo with the purpose to strengthen the administration of the subsystems applied in the same one and to generate a focus for the development and integral involvement of the human talent. The development of this work we began a detailed explanation of the contents that will allow to understand in a better way the administration of the human talent in the public sector, the outstanding information it is detailed about the Autonomous Government of the town of Gualaceo. To carry out the comparative analysis information it was gathered about the handling of the subsystems of human talent applied in the Autonomous Governments of the Town of Gualaceo and Average with the purpose of finding differences, similarities, successes or mistakes to the moment to carry out the processes settled down by the law to which the public sector of the GADS is governed. Finally, as a result of the previous information you proceeded to outline an administration model based on competitions that it allows to correct the opposing flaws to the moment to process the information obtained through surveys and interviews applied the public officials of the GAD of the Town of Gualaceo.
