INTRAPRENEURSHIP FACTORS APPLIED IN UNIVERSITY BUSINESS PRAC TICES AND WORK APTITUDE IN GUAYAQUIL MSME
Abstract:
This document had as a general purpose or objective, to establish which are the intrapreneurship factors applied in university business practices in MSMEs and thereby measure the intensity in which they impact on intrapreneurship aptitude, demonstrated in work practices in MSMEs. The study used a mixed approach, the survey was applied 89 SME entrepreneurs who lent their companies so that students from the University of Guayaquil do their business internships with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.940. Then the interview was conducted with 5 entrepreneurs, with the intention of reviewing the descriptive study of the survey results, trying to understand the reason for the results. The correlational analysis indicated that the impact of the factors reaches 60.1% on intrapreneurial aptitude. It was concluded that corrections should be made, especially in the field of ethics and the work commitment of the intern student. The limitations of the study were that the student did not participate in it, because they wanted to know what employers think, so it is suggested to do future research with the same objective but to students in pre-professional practices.
