Abstract:

In line with the new objectives of development of Ecuadorian professionals, establishing changes in organizational structures and the system of organization of educational process Career Basic Education (EB) of the National University of Education (UNAE) it is necessary, while it appreciated inconsistencies and difficulties. These changes are projected from a new approach, as must be of the race, guide and regulate its development in the current conditions of the university, while constitute the starting point for designing and implementing a strategy to achieve research that new focus on the process of training of teachers of basic general education.
