IT Governance: Selection and application of the best practices in National Telecommunication Corporation

Abstract:

Information in companies, is the most valuable assets intrinsically, organizations it must develop strategies that allow, certify availability, integrity, and confidentiality in the handling of information, and it be subject to theft, violation external, and internal threats, being solved with the use of the best IT governance practices. The study show a solution model that adapts to the organizational reality of the National Telecommunication Corporation (CNT) of the IT area, in order to adapt good practices supported with ITIL, COBIT and the ISO 27001 standard. Obtaining an effective management of the information of the company.
