IT system for Quality Management for companies

Abstract:

The implementation of the Computer System Quality Management has allowed us to obtain an improvement in the process that involves the management of quality, and has used the RUP development methodology, this has made an important contribution since the analysis and design of the application mentioned above it was carried out in a structured way and appropriate to obtain successful results, which describe the system from different perspectives aimed at the different stakeholders in a project. And one of the biggest advantages of using this methodology of development is the reduction of risk, the guarantee of quality and the integration between the development and maintenance of the software (on the basis of going to iterate at each stage, combining activities of both types).
