IVA de operaciones internas y su incidencia al Presupuesto General del Estado período 2014-2016

Abstract:

The current situation of social investment in the Canton Guayaquil, before the tourist and business interval, the level of rural production and positioning of companies, generates sufficient income from the collection of taxes by Internal Operations so that the parishes and their main cities have managed to reduce poverty And extreme poverty in its territory, thanks to the contribution of the General State Budget (PGE). It was possible to establish a comprehensive analysis regarding the investment of the PGE in comparison with that collected by the internal operations, verify the level of transformation that the investment has generated in the development of the parishes and their communities in the canton of Guayaquil. Obtained as a general objective: Demonstrate how the collection of VAT contributes to the development of the city of Guayaquil. The research was carried out through a qualitative approach, since once the problem was identified the objectives were developed aiming at its solution. Five special questions were generated to verify before a sample of study how the citizenship has seen improvements in the city of Guayaquil or damages in the same, was established the respective discussion of the results of field and established like proposal a conjunctural analysis of the Which has reflected the development of the domestic investment before the contribution of the General Budget of the State through the Collection of VAT on Internal Operations.
