Identificación de artesanías en el cantón Loja: caso asociación de artesanos de Loja ASOARTRAL, año 2016.

Abstract:

The identification of handicrafts in Loja canton allowed to know the existence of 11 types of handicrafts. In addition, it was possible to identify the handicrafts that are exported to more than 80 countries and destinations that for more than a decade have acquired Ecuadorian handicrafts, such as Hong Kong, Turkey, Italy, China, the United States, Japan, Spain, among others. The proposed business model for the Association is through the CANVAS methodology, which proposes identifying the market segments to which all the organizational efforts of the association will be oriented, as well as defining the value proposition to be delivered to the applicants of the handicrafts "TRIBU". This model also proposes the establishment of strategic alliances with public and private companies that contribute to the aggrandizement of this initiative. With the accomplishment of this work it is intended to support the entrepreneurship of artisans committed to continue with the cultural tradition of their parishes and to make known through its products the cultural richness of the Loja canton.
