Identificación de las variables que inciden en la salud ocupacional en una empresa productora de alimentos ecuatoriana, propuesta de un sistema de gestión de salud ocupacional.


Abstract:

The worldwide population increment has made that demand of aliments develops on a vertiginous way. Ass well the old food consumption investors originate more job with the evolution of their companies. That is how entrepreneurs and their companies dedicated to the food production taking advantage of the circumstances; aim to increase their capital establishing products of easy access, with nutritional content and with a good profitability. However the businessman that wants to remain being a strong competition in the market must worry about showing occupational stability. Although the principal aspect to strengthen is the high remuneration, it is not the only one. There are two other aspects that must be as important as the stability such as causing the minor environmental impact and specially provide to their workers a reliable working ambience. For effect, entrepreneurs hire professionals in health care service they rarely know what is to be done to guarantee worker’s health. The main purpose of this paper is to establish a conceptual framework in which the health care professional manage its activity based on the prevention, promotion, information of results and verification of fulfillment. Following this further prevention tries to guide the Doctor and teach them that their activity is not behind a desk. Promotion will determine methodology of evaluation and the fulfillment of recommendation. This part is going to define indicators of how is occupational health management, chiefly, we’ll define criteria of how should be identified as and report a disease related to job. Finally verification of fulfillment will allow the doctor to make a tracing of what its being planning to control and maintain worker’s health, also, doctor may verify the fulfillment of control measures in benefit of worker’s health identifying the first evidence of health changing, above all, verify the advance of occupational health’s management.
