Identificación del burnout en profesionales de la salud y factores relacionados con este fenómeno en el Ecuador 2017

Abstract:

The present research about the Identification of the Burnout in professionals of the health and the factors relationship with this phenomenon in Ecuador, was done in a private clinic in the city of Quito in the year 2017 and had like main objective establish the existent of this syndrome in this group of professional. We select for the research to the professionals of the health, because they have different labour conditions, this include extended working hours, constant interaction with the patients, all this factors doing more likely to develop the Burnout syndrome in this kind of professionals. In the field research we can stablish that 6,3% of the doctors and the 9,1% of the nurses present the Burnout syndrome, inside the dimensions evaluate we can see the 37,5% of the doctors and the 45,5% of nurses present high level of exhaustion, in the dimension of depersonalization the 50% of the doctors and the 40,9% of the nurse had high score, while in the satisfaction in performance the 31,3% of the doctors and the 13,6% of the nurses had low score..
