Identificación y evaluación de riesgos laborales para el área de producción de la empresa Robot S.A. e implementación de mejoras

Abstract:

This final paper provides suggestions regarding how to implement control to minimize workplace hazards that are present in the production area, for instance: using the risk assessment methods set forth by the Spanish National Institute of Safety and Hygiene in the Work Place in the area of chained binding, cursor and control and packaging; adopting methods and techniques contained therein in order to provide better working conditions, particularly the safety and health of workers. This final project has been formulated as follows: Chapter 1 describes the company, background, objectives and the formulation of the problem, the scope, the reason for the project, taking into consideration the resources available. Chapter 2. This chapter provides basic definitions of words and acronyms, the use of the methodology for risk assessment provided by INSHT, and the RULA and Check List OCRA methods that contribute to improving the health and safety of workers. Chapter 3. This chapter includes implementation using the risk matrix for identification and the methods for risk assessment; evaluating each job considered to be more at risk for worker’s injuries in order to adopt preventive actions. Chapter 4. This chapter includes suggestions to senior officers for implementation in the production area such as monitoring and controlling the areas and jobs where there is greater risk in order to minimize it and provide safety and health to the workers. Chapter 5. This final chapter includes the conclusions that resulted from this research and includes recommendations to be given consideration for their implementation throughout the production area.
