Abstract:

Manyactivities taking placein ahospital,inevitablyentaila number ofrisks for bothphysical and mentalhealthof the people who work thereand for patientsreceiving care,which is whyyou should investigateabout these risks, evaluateand look forimprovement actions.All theseactions areroutedby the law thatprotects workersandgives guidelinesfor each safety job.Field workin theHospitalJoséCarrascoArteaga, builds on existingprocessesand characteristicsof the job, perform arisk assessmenttaking intoaccount the probability ofadverseevent occurs, the damage it causes and thevulnerability of peoplefrom risks. Withthis consideration will be given tounacceptablerisksandlook for aspecific actionin an effort todiminishor eliminate them.In settingactionplansand carry outcontrol,new procedures is implemented in terms of risk management in the hospital and try to create aculture of prevention.Similarly,this informationis the basisto initiatethe process ofremoval ofmedical recordsand the workof theindustrialpsychologist. It´s imperativethat all this workismonitored and controlledfeedback and similarly for staff tofeeland beconfident in makingtheir work.
