Identificación, medición y valoración de riesgos del área de formulación de la Compañía Dupocsa.

Abstract:

The project legal basis is Ecuadorian law, technical norms and prevention procedures established by Spanish labor health and safety national institute. Ecuador's legal framework is based on the Ecuadorian Constitution, the Labour Code , art. 38 , art. 42 , art. 172 Section 7 , Art. from 410 to 434, 2393 executive decree , agreement 1404 , resolution 333 and 390 of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security and Andean Health and Safety Regulation at work . The resolution 957 indicates how the Health and Safety management Systems at Work must be developed in companies of country members and our country. The technical management indicates identification, assessment and control of risk factors must be, the factors have to be monitored by control measures. Today the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Safety, through the General Division of Occupational Risks, resolves to issue a regulation to verify Safety and Health compliance by auditing through the Occupational Hazards System SART (Resolution 333). The system aims to audit the prevention of occupational hazards at work place, checking the Health and Safety system of Ecuadorian companies, being one of the auditable points is the identification, evaluation and control of occupational risk factors. The risk identification will be done through a compound investigation; the paper will include a documentary data plus the data collected in the scope of this investigation, descriptive because it will disaggregate data collected to be quantified and experimental because of the practical results. The danger identification and existing risks estimation at different working places was done through a triple criteria matrix, relating probability, severance and vulnerability.
