Identificar estrategias que permitan mejorar la productividad de los Asesores de Venta de la comercializadora de productos deportivos en la ciudad de Guayaquil en horarios reducidos por la emergencia sanitaria


Abstract:

Sports coaching began in 470-399 B.C. with the Athenian philosopher Socrates, who described this philosophy as "the art of enlightenment". The year 2020 was characterized by an economic and mental health crisis, in which, many people around the world had uncertainty about their work stability and health. The present research thesis was conducted during the global pandemic caused by COVID-SARS-2. The project has both theoretical and practical goals. The main practical objective of this thesis was to increase the productivity of the 600 sales advisors of a sporting goods retailer company, where the present work was be developed. With the application of a survey, the main variables that affected the sales advisors productivity were identified. Once these variables were recognized, actions were taken based on the theoretical objective: to facilitate the implementation of a coaching process that increased individual productivity and, at the same time, meet the sales goals of the organization under study.
