Imatinib for treating patients with chronic myelogeneous leukemia

Abstract:

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of imatinib as front‐line therapy for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), including those with chronic, accelerated and blastic phases of the disease.
