Impact of a program of intervention in the assertiveness of adolescent students of two colleges
Abstract:
Assertiveness, assumed as communicational conduct is considered as a behavior that has the purpose of facilitating and optimizing communication processes between people, and promoting ways to achieve consensus when dealing with confrontations or opposing criteria. The lack of assertive behaviors in adolescents from two pre-university institutes justifies the implementation of a didactic intervention program. The results confirm the effectiveness of the impact of the program on the behavior of the subjects of the experimental group.
