Impact of microcredit on credit generation in the southern sector of the city of Quito

Abstract:

The effects of microcredits are part of the functioning of the National Financial System, which, taking advantage of the high interest rates, promote the generation of this financial service, which is transferred to productive development, allows the generation of employment for an important sector of the economy. society. It is not foreign then, that in the South Sector (El Camal) of the city of Quito, this type of service is also promoted, by the financial institutions. The motivations behind this research are of two types. On the one hand are those antecedents that have to do with the relevance of the studied subject, and with the need to deepen in some aspects of the same.
