Impact of structural capital on export behavior


Abstract:

The objective of this paper is the analysis of the impact of structural capital in the exporting behavior of the company, making a distinction through the grouping of companies by the level of human capital they possess. The empirical analysis is carried out using data from the ESEE and performing Tobit regression models. The results show that structural capital is more persistent and generate greater changes in export behavior in companies with a high level of human capital.
