Análisis comparativo entre las técnicas Fast Tracking y Crashing aplicadas a la planificación del equipo pesado del proyecto Chuchumbletza - Mirador

Abstract:

The degree project will be oriented in the "Chronogram Compression Techniques" where what we want to propose is a new methodology in the planning of the project achieving in this way to shorten the time of duration of the current project due to the fact that in many occasions there are delays in the execution of the work because of not having a correct planning, for that reason is that the following techniques are proposed. The first technique called Crashing consists of increasing resources to certain activities which seeks to reduce the time of execution in order to compress its duration. The second technique called Fast-Tracking was carried out by overlapping activities that is to say, to carry out the tasks in a parallel way in order to accelerate the time of duration seeking to shorten its duration. In each technique, the aim is to obtain the total cost for the project in order to establish comparisons of which is the most effective technique. Once applied these techniques what is required to propose is an optimal planning for current project that allows to choose the most beneficial way for the execution of the project as it is the technique crashing.
