Impact on knowledge management and productivity of companies with training received from the Continuing Education Center of ESPOL


Abstract:

In the following investigation we seek to know the influence of quality. For this, the case of the Continuing Education Center of an Ecuadorian university was studied. By means of a study with a quantitative approach, the positive influence of the perception of the quality of the services of continuing education was determined in the improvement of the productivity of its assistants. For the data collection tools have been used that have been highly reliable and valid in previous studies, applications that have been applied in the middle of online surveys. The results have been evaluated.
