Impacto de Riesgos Psicosociales ocasionado por covid-19 en Pymes de Manufactura de plástico

Abstract:

This research aims to analyze the impact of psychosocial risks caused by the Covid - 19 pandemic in plastic manufacturing SMEs through ISTAS 21, to prevent impacts on the health of workers at a psychological level, obtaining as a result an analysis of the incidence on psychosocial risks, the determination of a plan of action to mitigate the effect.
