Abstract:
Due to the high degree of market penetration of smartphones, different applications that can be downloaded on mobile telephone terminals and as this industry moves billions of dollars a year, this work is a study of Impact new mobile technologies have on users in the citadel of the Coast Forest. The inductive method was used for our work, the information was obtained through surveys the same as were tabulated and the results confirmed that 96% of respondents has a Smartphone, that 82% of respondents has a voice and data plan, Claro has the largest number of users, followed closely by Movistar users 48% vs 44%, CNT represents 8% of subscribers confirming Macro statistics and behavior. It could also corroborate the trend subscribers mostly use their data plans with voice applications that allow calls between users during the development of the research proposal to develop a voice application on data that allows interaction arises to subscribers to fixed lines, a general analysis of the necessary equipment, investment and profitability calculations the project is done, and finally concluded that due to the high penetration of both smartphones, applications that allow the passage of voice over data, low investment returns of up to 70% in three years, are urged to develop this proposal.
