Abstract:

The successful development of the activity of scientific research and technological innovation in universities today, necessarily involves multi interdisciplinary ties it has with the rest of the universities of the country and the world, especially in low-income countries as ours, where it is impossible to replicate the facilities and highly qualified staff in each of the universities. In this sense, the establishment and proper functioning of academic exchanges with other national and foreign universities, in specific topics is vital for joint efforts in scientific and technological development. In this work we study the UTMACH where, from the determ ination of scientific and academic domains, the necessary links were established to strengthen the research and technological innovation with Ecuadorian and foreign universities work with specific agreements is presented for solution of problems related to each of the domains, and increase the impact and visibility of the scientific and technical results of UTMACH and associated universities.
