Impacto de los Cursos de Emprendimiento y Motivación en los Jóvenes de los Talleres de la Casa Don Bosco de Guayaquil en el 2016
Abstract:
Casa Don Bosco created the craft workshops to provide an opportunity for young people between 16 and 25 years old to learn a trade that allows them to join a company or think about opening their own business. They are enrolled in the craft training workshops in this year 2016, 170 young people between 16 and 25 years, of them 30 are men the other people are women. In Guayaquil, in the northern periphery sector, such as: Bastión popular, Fortín, Lomas de la Florida, etc. Job opportunities are scarce, since it is an industrial sector where some degree of study or technical preparation is required. Informal businesses are gaining ground, but dedicating and reinvesting to develop a business is not easy for most of its inhabitants. This paper aims to identify the factors that affect entrepreneurship, both empirically and professionally. In this context, Casa Don Bosco offers these workshops. The Salesian Polytechnic University of Ecuador will offer additional courses on motivation, entrepreneurship and business, where it is expected to have a positive impact and will analyze the factors that may affect entrepreneurship. One of them may be gender.
