Abstract:

According to the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the education is a people right, for that reason, the following theme have been developed: Impact of training programs to socio-productive organizations, it has been done by the GAD in the Municipality of Zaruma, in order to determine the impact that these training programs have generated in some organizations.
