Análisis competitivo y desarrollo de recursos humanos de las personas con discapacidad visual de la Asociación de Invidentes de Loja en su desempeño laboral, período 2013-2014

Abstract:

The present work of investigation, called: "competitive Analysis and development of human resources of the persons with visual disability of the blind persons' Association of Loja in his job performance, period 2013-2014" is born with the purpose of knowing as the persons with visual disability of the Blind persons' AIL they realize his labor activities to propose inclusive alternatives that his current participation improves, in these spaces that they develop during their work activities. With this end it has become necessary to rest on some technologies of compilation of information same that will allow to realize the pertinent study to know the current labor situation of the persons with visual disability and in which one tries to realize a competitive analysis that allows to know the variables necessary to join of better way to the work activities with strategies adapted to his situation framed to the integral policies of the State and of fulfillment of the Law of Disabilities. Once obtained all the information and realizing the corresponding analysis there were established the due conclusions and directed recommendations that they seek to contribute as far as possible to the improvement of the incorporation and labor insertion of the persons with visual disability to others of offers to his better development in the labor area.
