Implementación de aplicativo móvil geolocalizador de centros de atención cercanos, y receptor de consultas y quejas para CNEL EP.
Abstract:
This project will provide to the company CNEL EP a new communication channel, which is the creation of a mobile application on the Android platform. The subscribers who own phones with this operating system could make use of this app. To use this application the subscriber must write the 'Unified Energy Code' in the app. This code is printed in the bill of electricity service that arrives monthly to the client. With this application the customers of the company CNEL EP may consult their current electricity consumption and their record for the last 11 months; also they will know where is located the closest attention center of the company CNEL EP by using the GPS location. Also this tool will provide a graphical interface for customers so they can update their personal data. This app will have an interface for claims where the customer can make known their disagreement about the service that is being offered and finally it could provide customers with the information necessary so they can request a new service provided by company CNEL EP.
