Implementación de estrategias socialmente responsables para la gestión administrativa en las asociaciones agro productivas del Ecuador, año 2017. Caso de Estudio FEPROCOL

Abstract:

For the purpose of agriculture Implements socially responsible strategies for the administrative management in the productive associations of the Ecuador, the case of Study FEPROCOL during 2017 establishes that the administrative tendency of Corporate Social responsibility of a formal way, is absent in social organizations that imply the community organization, every time the social associativity has been understood of diverse forms, imposing the legal definition on him only for ends of governmental management; nevertheless there exist strategies of Management socially responsible for empirical character, which rescue the communal character and of coexistence in harmony with the nature, matter of training and justification will give priority of the communes that they shape the FEPROCOL, which despite meeting with an organization in process of strengthening, a financial weakness and absence of strategic planning, he thinks about how to rescue the cultural identity of the communes and has developed a luck of networks of political conjuncture to the advantage of the organization and planning of economic development of the associates, postponing aspects as the production, commercialization and economic strengthening of the associates.
