Implementación de estratégias socialmente responsables para la gestión administrativa en las asociaciones agroproductivas del Ecuador, año 2017. Caso de estudio: Asociación Plaza Pallares del cantón Otavalo, provincia de Imbabura-Ecuador

Abstract:

Social corporate responsibility comprises several benefits and uses innovation and the latest technology in order to achieve benefits for all involved. The objective of this research work is to implement socially responsible strategies for administrative management in the agro-productive business associations in Ecuador, particularly at the “Association Plaza Pallares “in the Town of Otavalo, in the Imbabura Province thus improving the organization’s administrative and production processes. The type of research applied was qualitative framed in the following methods: Logical—historic, inductive, analytical and descriptive. Among data gathering techniques used were a survey directed to business partners and an interview directed to the organization’s board of directors. As the main outcome it was established that this association does not have a socially-responsible management lacking of a business philosophy that involves economic, social and environmental sustainability. A proposal was made involving the planning of socially responsible management model directed towards enhancing this organization’s corporate social responsibility (RSE) in this sense, guiding corporate activities to continued quality assurance and optimum customer service oriented at the same time to guaranteeing an institutional social welfare.
