Análisis crítico del Proceso de Apatridia

Abstract:

This research is about statelessness and allows us to know the causes and effects of having the status of a stateless person nowadays. It permits us, as well, to understand the role of the Organism that regulates the condition of the stateless persons (UNHCR – United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees). Furthermore, on the last chapter of this research, a proposal is presented to minimize the cases of statelessness in Ecuador, this is done with the goal of detecting these people and establishing the steps to enable the identification and managing of their nationality.
