Implementación de un banco de pruebas para componentes eléctricos del automovil

Abstract:

The aim of the realization of this thesis seeks to meet a broader theoretical training practices within the classrooms of the College of Automotive Engineering, implementing this Component Test Bench Power and automotive electronics, students may apply their knowledge in practice. The injector is a solenoid, which inside contains a coil, an armature, a spring and a valve. If an electric current passes through the coil creates a magnetic field which causes the valve to open. It is important to remember that after prolonged use of a vehicle with fuel injection system is made to clean the nozzles, due to deposits on the inside that prevent adequate spray fuel into the cylinder, producing up slow and irregular, loss of power will be noticeable when driving the vehicle. The most effective cleaning process involves cleaning the injectors stripped of their property and removing the fuel rails, they are immersed in the cleaning solvents and the nozzles are placed in an ultrasound machine so they can dispose of its interior all carbon residues and then run them each with a pulse generator. Once the above process the nozzles are mounted on a test bench to simulate the flow in the car and so we can verify and measure the performance of each of them, after proving its normal state can proceed to build on the vehicle. Other evidence necessary to verify the mechanical condition of the engine can be done with the Crush, with which we can get real value of the compression in each cylinder of the engine, and so to identify possible flaws in its operation.
