Implementación de un hotel para el desarrollo turístico en la playa de la Comuna de Montañita de la Provincia de Santa Elena- Ecuador 2015

Abstract:

Montañita is a commune in the province of Santa Elena it known for its tourist attractions and its magnificent waves that reach up to 2.5 meters high, is frequented by foreigners during all months of the year making this district one of the most important beaches our country. But there are some factors that do not allow the development of Montañita becomes viable and progressive, one of the causes is the lack of infrastructure, inadequate management of government departments who show little interest, these factors cause great impact on the economy commune. In order to improve and support the development of Montañita it was decided to implement a tourist hotel, thus promoting tourism development and improving the lives of the locals, and to offer a memorable experience for tourists. We used scientific research methods and we obtained real information about the situation of Montañita and knew first-hand what tourists expect to get to visit the beach, the answers to show what the good points that have Montañita, and what are the factors that need improvement. The Punta Hills hotel has been created for tourists to feel satisfied and have the feeling of being at home, also has been able to help its people by creating jobs and improving their ability to care for guests.
