Abstract:

At present, the production of shrimp of the country is directed principally to the exportation, and the product that covers the demand is not of quality, since it is the rejection of this one, which is not accepted by the international markets, that is to say, what a product of low quality is the one that sells locally, by what there is called into question the possibility of covering the demand of this one with exportation quality. It is necessary to stand out, that the sector shrimp seller of the country, that is to say those who devote themselves to this activity, it is not interesting to them to cover the national demand, since the profitability is directed to the exportation market, limiting this way the national consumption of shrimp that expires with the international and suitable standards for the human health. One thinks about how to introduce the local market focusing principally in the persons whose economic resources are limited to gain access to the product that it is desirable to commercialize due to its high cost, this way to break with the paradigms of which the alone shrimp of good quality can be consumed by persons of a high economic level.
