699 Is NYHA functional class perceived similarly among nurses, doctors and patients?

Abstract:

Conclusions: 1. SH is the most frequent risk factor. 2. Echocardiography was performed in few patients and detected mostly SD. 3. Loop diuretics are most used medication, while beta-blockers are not much used by elderly people. 4. Patients attended at least twice were mainly aged 80y with FC III. 5. AF is more frequent in patient with SH and LVH than in those without LVH (p< 0.05). 6. Most patients were discharged to their GP and% of readmissions was acceptable.
