Abstract:

This work research is implementing a cost system production orders for meals and drinks offered by the company Ecopark, contributing to determine the cost unit of each product and profitability in the restaurant area. For the development of the subject, it has been using tools and research techniques such as interview, survey and observation sheets, which allowed to analyze the actual situation of the company, where it was identified that the main problem is not having a cost system to assessing the participation of the three elements of cost (raw material, labor and manufacturing overhead costs) in the production process. Thus the implementation of this system costs constituted an useful tool to ensure obtaining resources for achieving goals and management objectives….
